Self Portrait

This week at iheartfaces is Self Portarait. This was hard because I dont take a lot of pictures of myself (or I dont take a lot of attractive pictures of myself, haha) but I looked through and found my favorite. I actually had two favorites and it was hard to choose but hopefully I chose the right one. Here it is...

Since I have moved to Guatemala I have been learning Spanish. I learned some Spanish in the States too but I would just memorize it for the test and then forget it but I cant do that here. I have a tutor that comes to my house 3 days a week for 3 hours each day. And the days I don't have class I have homework. This is a picture of me doing my Spanish homework on the floor of my room.Hope you like it. I would love some comments or constructive criticism :) Thanks! Scenic B&W

This week at iheartfaces the theme is Scenic B&W. So I found my favorite scenic picture with someone in it. Here it is...

This is my dad with the volcano Pacaya in the background. We live in Guatemala and one day we took an adventure and hiked an active volcano. This was an awesome experience and I got the opportunity to take so many amazing pictures that day. I was so amazed by Gods creation (the volcano). It seemed like I was in another world while I was hiking it, it was amazing!! And the picture above just shows you some of what we saw. Actually in the background is the crater of the active volcano and its smoking.

Silhouette.

This week at iheartfaces is Silhouette week. I looked through my photos and realized that I only had 2 Silhouette photos so I chose the best one...

This is a picture of my friends Jose and Dennis. We were hanging out on the roof patio of a friends house and I snapped this picture. I love how you can see the sun coming behind the clouds and how its a silhouette but you can still tell who the people are. Yellow.

This week at I heart faces it is yellow week. So I had a photoshoot with my brother and my friend Rachel. I just took a bunch of pictures of them with yellow flowers while wearing yellow shirts. And the one below was my favorite...

This one is my favorite because its naturally cute and not awkward which you think it would be because sticking flowers in your mouth is just a bit awkward. I also like it because I think its original. It turned out really good and I like it a lot :)

Fix-it Friday

Every Friday at iheartfaces they have fix-it Fridays where they give you a picture and you have to edit it. Ussually I am really busy and dont have time to participate but this week I did. Below is the origional... Normally I would have used photoshop to edit it but I didnt have access to it at the time that I edited the picture so I used picnik. My edited photo is below...
I like how you can really see how his hair looks gelled up and his eyes look really blue. And to me his face looked happy but a little michevious so I thought the quote would fit perfectly. And its very true!
